Overflow ~ Reclaiming What Was Always Mine

A remembering for those who are now learning to receive without apology.

I used to believe I had to earn what I longed for.
That rest was a reward.
That support came after sacrifice.
That fullness was selfish.

But I see now —those beliefs were never mine.
They were inherited from a world that forgets the sacred rhythm of balance.

Because the truth is:

I remind myself to fill my cup first.
Not as an act of indulgence,
but as a commitment to my own aliveness.

I don’t give from depletion anymore.
I give from wholeness.
From overflow.

And that overflow isn’t a luxury —
It’s a birthright.

It’s what happens when I let myself receive —
not just enough to survive,
but enough to feel full.

Overflow doesn’t hoard.
It circulates — in trust.

Overflow isn’t excess.
It’s ethics — the kind that says:
“When I’m full, I can give without collapsing. When I’m centered, I can serve without self-abandonment.”

Overflow isn’t the goal.
It’s the starting place.
The steady rhythm beneath my service, my leadership, my creative pulse.

And this part matters most:

I don’t have to earn what’s already mine.
The cup was always mine.
I just got convinced otherwise.

When I build from overflow,
I don’t fracture.
I don’t disappear.
I don’t burn out just to prove I’m worthy.

Instead…

I receive and then give with clarity.

I rest without guilt and then rise without resentment.

I’m not here to just hustle anymore.
I’m here to harmonize.
To root into what is true and not just what is tolerated.

If you've been taught that service requires self-sacrifice —
this is your permission to remember another way.

If you’ve felt the ache in your chest that says, “There has to be more than this,”
you’re not broken.

And, if you’ve ever felt like you were “too much”
I want to say it clearly:

You are not too much.
You are tuned.
Deeply. Precisely. Divinely.

Tuned for the change that’s coming.
Tuned for the field that’s rising.
Tuned for the overflow.

This isn’t just about receiving more.

It’s about reclaiming the truth that it was yours all along.
Not because you worked for it.
But because you are.

I’m not giving from empty anymore...at least reminding myself...I still forget.
I’m not building from burnout anymore...trying hard not to.
I’m choosing the overflow…again and again.

And if you’re here, reading this…
maybe it’s time you do, too.

If you’re walking the path of reclaiming your own overflow — welcome. You’re not alone anymore.
