There’s a promise whispered through nearly every healing path:
“As you expand, so will the world around you.”
But for many of us, that hasn’t been the case.
Some of us expanded —
…and watched our environment tighten.
Some of us healed —
…only to realize how unsafe healing can feel in spaces that don’t know how to hold it.
Some of us created —
…and were met not with celebration, but confusion, silence, or resistance.
There’s a real weight to expanding in times like these.
Not because your growth isn’t real — but because the space around you hasn’t caught up yet.
We grow.
But approval still goes to the loudest voice in the room.
We rise.
But recognition still favors the familiar and polished.
We open.
But the people around us may double down, fearing the change they don’t yet understand.
This isn’t failure.
It’s what it feels like to be early.
To embody a future that isn’t visible yet in the outer world… but is fully alive in you.
If you’ve been waiting for life to rise with you —
and it hasn’t…
You are not broken.
You are not late.
You are not foolish for trying.
Sometimes the fruit of your expansion is invisible at first.
Sometimes it takes seasons — or even what feels like lifetimes.
Sometimes it looks like choosing not to collapse even when everything around you asks you to.
And yes — sometimes we start things not to “succeed” by traditional metrics,
but to heal ourselves.
To love something we never got to love (that might include ourself) the first time around.
To speak what had no place before.
To be met in the courage of being seen.
If that’s where you are — I see you.
I’m walking with you.
And I’m still choosing to believe:
That what you’ve built is real.
That the love you’ve poured into your path isn’t lost.
That you deserve to be supported by what you’ve created.
And that the world will one day catch up to what your soul already knew was possible.
One honest step at a time.
One breath. One act of faith. One moment of not collapsing.
That is enough today.
With Warmth,
